Refund Policy

Since all Zeejay orders are Cash on Delivery, no payment is collected until your order arrives — there is nothing to refund before delivery. You may simply decline an order at the door.

If an item is damaged or incorrect on arrival, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or waive the cost of that item.

Refunds for accepted returns are issued as store credit or, where applicable, returned in cash upon pickup of the item.
